Differences in root transcriptional profile between two grapevine rootstocks (1103P and SO4) showing different tolerance to Mg deficiency were analyzed after 4 and 14 days of growth with (+Mg) or without (-Mg). Overall design: Half part of microcuttings of 1103P and SO4, after a 2-week hydroponic grown using a dilute nutrient solution, were treated for 4 and 14 days with a new solution containing Mg (250 µM) and the other half with a solution without Mg (equivalent mole of CaSO4). Three biological replicates were obtained by three independent experiments and collecting roots after 4 and 14 days.
