Gene expression in Arabidopsis expressing a Hyaloperonospora arabidopsidis effector. Arabidopsis thaliana

RNAseq data comparing transgenic Arabidopsis thaliana lines expressing HA-tagged RxL21 effector from Hyaloperonospora arabidopsidis to lines expressing HA-tagged RxL21 effector lacking the EAR motif. Lines were compared with and without flg22 treatment. The aim of the study was to identify gene expression changes due to the presence of the effector, and specifically due to the presence of full length effector able to interact with the TPL family of transcriptional co-repressors
