The possible mechanisms involved in induced disease resistance of peaches by Pichia membranaefaciens

We report the application of next-generation sequencing technology for analyzing the differentially expressed genes of peaches after treated with or without P. membranaefaciens. After analyzing the differentially expressed genes, we selected some important genes related to the resistance of peaches to do RT-qPCR. Overall design: Examination of differentially expressed genes related to the resistance of 2 types of peach tissues which treated with or without P. membranaefaciens. RT-qPCR was performed using SYBR Green assays.
