Listeria innocua strain:SA_AR Genome sequencing

We report the draft genome of Listeria innocua isolate obtained from a raw chicken sample collected from a local market in Dhaka, Bangladesh. So far, there are only a few reports on the whole genome sequence data of Listeria innocua from Bangladesh. This draft genome sequence will therefore enlighten our current understanding of the characteristics and distribution of Listeria spp in Bangladesh and will provide invaluable insights into their evolution and molecular epidemiology.
