Agile Culture, Collective Human Intelligence and AI Adoption: Gender and Sectoral Perspectives on Augmented Intelligence in Europe - DATASET

With the increasing adoption of AI, there is a growing focus on understanding how the agile cultural context of organizations influences AI adoption and how collective human intelligence drives it, thereby fostering the development of augmented intelligence within agile organizations. This quantitative dataset enables us to investigate it; it comprises data collected from 1,871 knowledge workers in Poland and Finland, including 936 females and 935 males, representing the IT sector (943 participants) and other industries (928 participants). 
Only adults participated in the study; their participation was voluntary, their informed consent was obtained before data collection began, and their identities were fully protected. The external agency collected the data in accordance with the precisely defined structure, quality, and ethical standards. The agency has been selected through the 'public call' procedure, in accordance with the law applied.
