PASSIT-CME Dataset, Model Checkpoints, and Supplementary Results

This repository contains the dataset, example checkpoints, and additional results related to the paper “PASSIT-CME: A Pixel-Annotation-Free System for Automatic Segmentation, Inpainting, and Tracking of Coronal Mass Ejections”. The datasets for training the CME-ToCo are CME_ture and CME_false; Error-ToCo are Error_true and Error_false; CME-MARFR is CME_true_no_error. All the data are obtained from NASA CDAW SOHO/LASCO CME Catalog at CDAW Data Center. These materials include sample CME events reported in Section 4, along with the model checkpoints.
