16S V1-V3 microbiome sequencing data from a randomized clinical trial comparing individuals with unilateral breast cancer who received a triple antibiotic pocket irrigant to those who did not. This prospective, randomized, controlled trial prospectively collected samples to study the impact of antibiotic pocket irrigation, breast cancer diagnosis, and time on how the microbiome changed between the two groups.
