Dataset on the effect of vancomycin on the gut microbiome in normal control mice

Here we treated normal control (CON) mice with vancomycin (Vanc) to disturb
the gut microbiota. In order to examine the gut microbial changes, we used a 16S
rRNA gene sequencing approach to analyze the gut microbiome in caecum contents
of normal control (CON) and vancomycin-treated normal control (CONV) mice at 3,
7 and 11 weeks.
