Proportions of rhythmically classified genes using datasets filtered to remove low-expression genes.

Numbers of rhythmic genes at (q < 0.05 or q < 0.01) in Arabidopsis and wheat identified using Metacycle Benjamini–Hochberg q-values. Data windows reflect hours relative to transfer to constant light. Metacycle was used on expression datasets with genes removed that had fewer than 0.1 TPM in more than 6 time points.
