Websites and mobile apps usage among Vietnamese internet users Q3 2023, by category

In the third quarter of 2023, messaging websites and apps had the highest usage rate of all categories among Vietnamese internet users, as stated by 96.8 percent of the respondents. Social networking websites and apps followed as a close second, as used by 96.6 percent of the survey participants. Meanwhile, around 21 percent of them reported using banking, investing, or insurance websites and apps that year.

据2023年第三季度的调查数据显示，越南互联网用户中，即时通讯网站和应用程序的利用率位居所有类别之首，占比高达96.8%。紧随其后的是社交网络网站和应用程序，使用率达到了96.6%。与此同时，大约有21%的受访者表示，当年他们使用了银行、投资或保险类网站和应用程序。
