RADseq for Dytiscidae (Coleoptera) from the Western Palearctic

The goal of this project is to integrate next generation sequencing (NGS) data, detailed phenotypic and environmental information, and species delimitation, genetic structure, demographic, and landscape genetic analyses to resolve taxonomic uncertainties and infer the processes shaping genetic, ecological and phenotypic diversification in diving beetles (Coleoptera: Dytiscidae) from the Western Palearctic.
