作为全国首批、面积最大的国家公园,三江源国家公园作为我国首批设立的国家公园之一,对生态系统质量进行定量评估,不仅可以明晰生态本底状况,而且还可以了解国家公园生态建设状况,为三江源国家公园生态系统健康稳定、应对气候变化、预警生态安全风险、减缓退化过程等方面能提供了科学依据和决策服务。该数据集选取2010-2020年三江源国家公园的植被覆盖度和净初级生产力作为衡量三江源国家公园生态系统质量的关键指标。其中,植被覆盖度指植被地上部分在地面垂直投影占研究区总面积的比例,采用像元二分模型计算。净初级生产力是笃定的总能力和产生的有机质总量中减去植被呼吸所消耗的量,直接反应植被群落在自然环境条件下的生产能力,表征陆地生态系统的质量状况,采用基于涡度相关碳通量站点资料发展起来的光能利用率模型(EC-LUE模型)计算获取。本数据集分别计算三江源国家公园体制试点实施(2016年)前后(2010-2015和2016-2020)两指标值,对其进行标准化处理,最终合并为三江源国家公园生态系统质量空间分布数据集。

As one of the first batch of national parks established in China and the largest in terms of area, the Sanjiangyuan National Park is a critical ecological protected area. Quantitative assessment of its ecosystem quality can not only clarify the baseline ecological status of the park and reflect its ecological construction progress, but also provide scientific evidence and decision-making support for maintaining the health and stability of the Sanjiangyuan National Park’s ecosystem, adapting to climate change, issuing early warnings of ecological security risks, and mitigating ecosystem degradation processes. This dataset selects vegetation coverage and net primary productivity (NPP) of the Sanjiangyuan National Park from 2010 to 2020 as key indicators for evaluating its ecosystem quality. Specifically, vegetation coverage refers to the proportion of the vertical projection area of the above-ground parts of vegetation to the total area of the study area, which is calculated using the dimidiate pixel model. Net primary productivity (NPP) is defined as the total organic matter production minus the amount consumed by vegetation respiration; it directly reflects the production capacity of vegetation communities under natural environmental conditions and indicates the quality status of terrestrial ecosystems. This indicator is derived using the light use efficiency model (EC-LUE model) developed based on eddy covariance carbon flux site data. This dataset calculates the values of the two indicators before and after the implementation of the Sanjiangyuan National Park system pilot in 2016, covering the periods 2010–2015 and 2016–2020, conducts standardization processing, and finally integrates them into the spatial distribution dataset of ecosystem quality for the Sanjiangyuan National Park.
