Six polygenic score models for bilirubin fractions used in manuscript "Health benefits of bilirubin and UGT1A1: insights from the phenome-wide studies of genetically proxied bilirubin fractions"
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains six polygenic risk score (PRS) models for different bilirubin components, developed and applied in the manuscript "Health benefits of bilirubin and UGT1A1: insights from the phenome-wide studies of genetically proxied bilirubin fractions" (2025). Among the files, IBIL_confounder_snp_pred.txt includes only three loci—UGT1A1, SLCO1B1, and ABCC2—that are considered to be potential confounders in the genetically proxied effects of indirect bilirubin (IBIL). The remaining PRS models are composed of SNPs selected from the HapMap3 panel (1,260,564 SNPs in total). All PRS models were derived from genome-wide association results and optimized using data from individuals of European ancestry in the UK Biobank cohort. These models are intended for research use in evaluating the effects of bilirubin metabolism, and can support replication and extension efforts.
