Abseq analysis of WBCs from MPA patients. Homo sapiens

Whole blood cells (WBCs) were obtained from blood samples of 6 patients with microscopic polyangiitis (MPA). WBCs were also obtained from 7 healthy donors. Then we analyze a dataset of WBCs produced with BD Abseq, where we simultaneously measure the single cell transcriptomes and surface protein. The Data Access Committee of the Database Center for Life Science (DBCLS) approved that this personal data was made published according to the NBDC Guidelines for Human Data Sharing (https://humandbs.dbcls.jp/en/guidelines/data-sharing-guidelines) as the NBDC Research ID hum0416 and the application ID J-DS000951-002.
