Transcriptome analysis of two zombi pea varieties with contrasting waterlogging tolerance

This study focuses on a molecular characterization of mechanisms controlling waterlogging tolerance using two zombi pea varieties with contrasting waterlogging tolerance. RNA-seq and de novo transcriptome analyses were performed using roots of both tolerant and sensitive varieties subjected to short-term waterlogging.
