Single-cell profiling of stem cell-derived cerebellar organoids revealed transcriptionally-discrete populations encompassing the major cerebellar neuronal cell types including granule cells, roof plate, choroid plexus, Bergmann glia, Purkinje cells and glutamatergic deep cerebellar nuclei. Cellular identity and maturity were confirmed through comparison to an atlas of developing murine cerebellar cell types. Overall design: Six organoids, individually hash-tagged split into two hash pools. Hash pool 1 comprises 3 organoids condition A (Matrigel-encapsualted). Hash pool 2 comprises 3 organoids condition B (unencapsulated controls). Each individual biological sample (organoid) is labelled with a distinct Antibody conjugatedHash tag oligonucleotide (HTO) - information in features.csv.
