Human WHO grade I sporadic meningiomas: Mutational profiles. Human WHO grade I sporadic meningiomas

A total of 32 human WHO grade I meningioma samples from 31 patients ̶ 21 females and 10 males; median age of 66 years (range: 24 to 83 years) ̶ diagnosed with sporadic meningioma at the University Hospital of Salamanca (Spain), 32 tumor tissue samples and paired blood samples from 3/32 patients.Individual sequencing libraries via the Kapa HyperPlus kit (Roche Diagnostics, Penzberg, Germany). For each library, DNA hybridization and capture were performed using the SeqCap EZ MedExome kit (Roche Diagnostics) with a global coverage of 47Mb. Sequencing was performed on an Illumina NovaSeq genome sequencer (Illumina, San Diego, CA) with an average coverage of >130x per exome and a read length of 2x150pb.
