X-ray spectra of eFEDS point sources

The X-ray spectra of point sources in the eFEDS catalog used in the paper "The eROSITA Final Equatorial-Depth Survey (eFEDS). The AGN catalog and its X-ray spectral properties" (Liu et al. 2022) Webpage of the eFEDS AGN catalog: https://erosita.mpe.mpg.de/edr/eROSITAObservations/Catalogues/liuT/eFEDS_AGN_spec_V10.html There are 27910 folders. Each one is named by the source ID and contains the spectra files of this source. Note that the files are large and will need 44G (part1) + 44G (part2) + 40G (part3) space.
