High-Resolution 12 km Hourly XCO2 Dataset for Eastern China (2016–2020) Using an Optimized WRF-Chem Configuration

Eastern China High-Resolution Hourly XCO₂ Dataset (2016–2020) is generated using an optimized WRF-Chem model configuration, covering the period from 1 January 2016 to 31 December 2020. The data product is stored in NetCDF format with hourly temporal resolution and 12 km spatial resolution for column-averaged CO₂ dry-air mole fraction (XCO₂) and auxiliary variables. Data files follow annual naming conventions (e.g., XCO2_data_2016.nc), with a geographical domain spanning 25°N–41°N and 109°E–126°E (Eastern China). The spatial reference uses the Lambert Conformal Conic Projection (standard for WRF regional modeling). XCO₂ values are provided in ppm, with missing data marked as NaN.
