Mapping Multisensory Journeys in Pediatric Oncology Care: Toward Emotionally Intelligent Healthcare Environments

This dataset contains anonymized data collected for the study “Mapping Multisensory Journeys in Pediatric Oncology Care: Toward Emotionally Intelligent Healthcare Environments.” The dataset includes two main components: Profile of participants – consisting of anonymized codes, age, weight, height, type of disease, disease level, and level of stress. All identifiers have been removed to ensure anonymity. Patient statements dataset – anonymized responses from pediatric patients, categorized using the PAD (Pleasure, Arousal, Dominance) model. These responses represent verbal expressions and perceptions of healthcare environments and served as the basis for the emotional and sensory analysis conducted in the study. The dataset is intended to support transparency, reproducibility, and further research on multisensory and emotional dimensions in pediatric oncology care.
