Annual sales growth of steaks in the U.S 2019-2020

The 2020 summer grilling season led to a major sales boost for steaks in the United States. Compared to 2019, Americans bought up to 36 percent more steaks for their summer barbecues in 2020, depending on the steak cut. The only steak cuts that did not enjoy a sales increase in 2020 were the Top Round and Chuck.
