We investigated how IL-1Ã and anti-CD3/CD28 stimulation affected gene expression in IL-1RI+ and IL-1RI- Th17 cells by RNA sequencing. Overall design: IL-1RI+ and IL-1RI- Th17 cells were sorted from three donors and treated with media as a control, IL-1Ã, or anti-CD3/CD28 antibody complexes for a total of 18 samples.
