All results are given for the whole dataset as well as the Scandinavian and Scottish subpopulations: n is the number of (phased) sequences, S is the number of segregating sites, π is the pairwise nucleotide diversity, θW is Watterson's estimator of the population mutation rate given by S, D is Tajima's test of departure from the standard neutral model using the folded frequency spectrum, H is Fay and Wu's test of departure from the standard neutral model using the unfolded frequency spectrum, FST is Wright's fixation index.
