KRAS-G12D drives immunosuppression in lung adenocarcinoma through paracrine signaling

Here, we sought to understand the KRAS-G12D-dependent changes occuring in the tumor and the tumor microenvironment within the lung. We harvested the right inferior lobe of lungs from male and female mice in the ON (21 weeks) and OFF (21 weeks ON, 1 week OFF) groups for single cell RNA sequencing.
