Supplementary material for the survey "A Survey of Web-of-Agents Interoperability: From Multi-Agent Systems and Semantic Web Agents to LLM-Based Agent Protocols" (Petrova, Bliznioukov, State; SEDAN Group, SnT, University of Luxembourg). Contents: the manuscript's 152-entry bibliography; a per-entry inclusion/exclusion log for all 206 screened candidates (152 included, 54 excluded); the OpenAlex bibliometric query design (ten queries), per-year raw and normalised publication counts (1995–2026), and a re-runnable Python script; the interoperability-faithful Generation III series data; and standalone TikZ source for all five figures.
