Eskom Load-Shedding Dataset and Lyapunov-SQP-MA Experimental Scripts (2022–2025)

Dataset and experimental scripts supporting the manuscript "Lyapunov-Guided Adaptive Damping for Stability-Aware Quasi-Newton Optimization in Hybrid Memetic Algorithms: Evidence from South Africa's National Energy Grid (2022–2025)" submitted to Algorithms (MDPI). Contains the calibrated Eskom load-shedding stage reconstruction (35,064 hourly observations, January 2022–December 2025), wind and solar distribution parameters, IEEE benchmark OPF results, and all Python scripts required to reproduce the experimental findings.
