The TCR_pMHC_Affinity dataset is used to predict the binding between T cell receptors (TCRs) and peptide-major histocompatibility complexes (pMHCs). The dataset contains two main fields: seq representing the protein sequence and label indicating whether the binding can occur with an integer label. The dataset is divided into training and test sets, containing 19,526 and 4,485 instances respectively. The data sources include VDJdb and epiTCR, processed and curated.
