Gene expression profiling of human periodontal ligament stem cells following TNF-alpha and/or DS96432529 treatment

To investigate the molecular mechanisms underlying the therapeutic effect of DS96432529 (DS) on the osteogenic function of periodontal ligament stem cells (PDLSCs), we performed RNA-seq analysis on PDLSCs treated with 100 ng/mL TNF-alpha and/or 250 nM DS under osteogenic induction conditions for 7 days. Three biological replicates were included per experimental group. This dataset aims to identify key genes and signaling pathways associated with the therapeutic action of DS.
