Caffeic Acid Immune Response Galleria
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains the raw experimental data associated with the study entitled “Concentration-Dependent Effects of Caffeic Acid on Innate Immune and Redox Responses in Galleria mellonella.” The dataset includes raw measurements obtained from Galleria mellonella larvae exposed to different concentrations of caffeic acid (0.1, 0.25, 0.5, 1, 2.5, and 5 mg/mL), together with untreated and ethanol vehicle control groups. The deposited data cover the main immune and biochemical endpoints evaluated in the study, including total hemocyte count (THC), encapsulation responses, melanization, total hemolymph protein concentration, superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity, catalase (CAT) activity, and malondialdehyde (MDA) levels. Encapsulation and melanization data include measurements obtained at 4 and 24 h after Sephadex A-25 bead injection, whereas biochemical parameters were assessed following caffeic acid exposure according to the experimental design described in the associated manuscript. The files are provided to support transparency, reproducibility, and independent reanalysis of the results reported in the study. No personally identifiable or sensitive information is included in the dataset.
