Immune landscape in patients at 6 month post hematopoietic stem cell transplantation

Cytomegalovirus infection is one of the most common and serious infections after hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. Here, we analyzed the gene expression of immune cells in peripheral blood mononuclear cells of six patients who experienced CMV infection after transplantation by single cell sequencing. High-dimensional single-cell RNA sequencing (10X Genomics) was used to profile the transcriptomes of total immune cells isolated from peripheral blood mononuclear cells obtained from six patients at 6 month post hematopoietic stem cell transplantation
