CUREd+ Linked HES Outpatient (OP) episodes

This dataset contains structured records of outpatient appointments at NHS hospitals in England. It includes information on appointment dates, attendance status, consultant specialty, treatment function code, patient demographics, referral source, and mode of attendance (e.g. face-to-face or telemedicine). It is based on the Hospital Episode Statistics (HES) national data specification and is submitted routinely by providers as part of national reporting requirements.

Each row represents a single outpatient attendance, regardless of whether the appointment was attended, cancelled, or missed.
