Transcriptional profiling of induced ovarian cancer initiating cell comparing control untransfected OVCAR-3 cells with iOVCAR-3 cells transfected with OCT3/4, SOX2, KLF4, and c-MYC genes. The aim of this study is to generate an induced ovarian cancer initiating cell (iOCICs) model by transducing defined factors into an OC cell line. Overall design: Two-condition experiment, OVCAR-3 vs. iOVCAR-3 cells.
