Phonon Dielectric Materials Project Dataset

Phonon (lattice/atoms vibrations) and dielectric properties of 1296 compounds computed via ABINIT software package in the harmonic approximation based on density functional perturbation theory.<br><br>Available as Monty Encoder encoded JSON and as CSV.
