资源简介:

Animal African trypanosomiasis (AAT) is a livestock disease caused by the parasite Trypanosoma congolense with a frequent and devastating effect on the livelihoods of farmers and on the development of sub-Saharan nations. Here in collaboration with Andrew Jackson, University of Liverpool, we are performing high throughput genome sequencing of isolates sampled from T. congolense infections of cows with an aim to develop novel diagnostic tools for trypanosomiasis in African cattle. This data is part of a pre-publication release. For information on the proper use of pre-publication data shared by the Wellcome Trust Sanger Institute (including details of any publication moratoria), please see http://www.sanger.ac.uk/datasharing/
