Origins of the pervasive luminescence in modern stromatolites- dataset accompayyning manuscrit submitted to GPL

This is a hyperspectral luminescence emission dataset acquired with a Zeiss CLSM 710 on the modern stromatolites from Mari Ermi.

 Simultaneous excitations at 405, 488 and 633 nm wavelengths were conducted with laser/diode intensities at 3, 2.5 and 0.5% ,respectively. The emission spectra were measured between 415 and 730 nm, over 32 channels with a spectral resolution of 10 nm. A bright field image was also acquired with the PMT detector. An MBS 405/488/543/633 filter was used in the excitation light path. Images were acquired with a 10x objective (EC Plan-Neofluar 10x/0.30 M27) and a scan time up to 50 us / pixel.
