Diluent Dosage and Workability Prediction Model for Asphalt Coatings
收藏资源简介:
This repository provides the implementation of the “Diluent Dosage and Workability Prediction Model for Asphalt Coatings (DDWPM-AC)”.The model is designed to support the selection of an appropriate diluent dosage under actual construction conditions. Purpose The tool predicts construction-related performance of a solar-reflective asphalt coating under different temperature conditions. It assists engineers and researchers in determining a suitable diluent dosage that satisfies required workability and curing demands. Inputs The model requires the following parameters: Material temperature (°C) Road surface temperature (°C) Desired working time (min) Outputs Based on the above inputs, the model returns: Recommended diluent dosage (%) Predicted maximum allowable working time (min) Predicted curing time (min) Model basis and Validation The prediction is generated using interpolation of experimentally measured data collected under controlled laboratory and field conditions. The model has been verified using actual engineering construction scenarios, demonstrating reliable performance for practical use.
