RNA-sequencing of Vero cell line by ONT MinION platform

These experiments are belong to the host transcriptome sequencing experiments of CCHFV, ZIKV and WNV infections. Host cells (Vero) were infected in vitro by WNV or ZIKV or CCHFV and RNA was isolated 24h and 72h post infection. Ribodepletion was followed by polyA-tailing - these RNAs were reverse transcribed by oligodT primer - and the other part of samples were reverse transcribed by random primer. PolyA-selection and polyA-selection combined by cap-selection were also performed and reverse transcription was made by oligodT primers. Sequencing library was prepared according to the SQK-LSK-108 ONT kit.
