资源简介：
Purpose: To obtain samples from Calu-3 cells exposed to either interferon (IFN) _ or _ for transcriptional analysis. For IFN_ and corresponding mock exposed-cells the time points are 0, 3, 6, and 18h post-exposure. For IFN_ and corresponding mock exposed-cells the time points are 0, 3, 6, and 21h post-exposure. There are triplicate samples for all conditions, where triplicates are defined as 3 different wells, plated at the same time using the same cell stock for all replicates; Time matched mocks done in triplicate from same cell stock as rest of samples. Exposures done at 1000 units/ml for INF_ and 500 units/ml for INF_.
