This data set comprised of mRNA expression values for 19,847 genes across 258 cell lines, 1,218 gene mutations in 118 cell lines and methylation values of 613,000 CpG sites for 197 cell lines and CRISPR scores for 352 genes across 116 cell lines. However, after completing all filtering steps, including the removal of adult high-grade glioma cell lines, the number of cell lines common between multi-omics and gene dependencies was limited to 97.
