Co-repressors Mtg8 and Mtg16 regulate niche exit and early fate decision of crypt stem cells (RNA-seq)

In this experiment, the differential gene expression was examined in intestinal epithelial cells of Mtg16 null mice compared to wild type. Intestinal epithelial crypts were isolated from full length gut of WT or Mtg16 -/- mice after 30' incubation in 2mM EDTA (Sato et al., 2009). Experiments were performed in biological triplicates for each group. Mice of both groups were 12 weeks old males.
