Bat Literature Project (BatLit, https://batlit.org) v0.9 hash://md5/1cda41b660daf15c156f1e4cabf8c6f5 - Reference List, Metadata, and Associated Zenodo Deposits
收藏资源简介:
The Bat Literature Project (BatLit) facilitates discovery of scientific literature on bats (Chiroptera). This data publication contains versioned Zotero metadata and provenance of the batlit literature (Sherman et al. 2024) records, as tracked by Preston (a biodiversity data tracker, Elliott et al. 2020,2023) using the following workflow: ZOTERO_TOKEN=[SECRET]\ preston track\ --algo md5\ https://www.zotero.org/groups/5435545/bat_literature_project in which ZOTERO_TOKEN is an API token with sufficient access to Zotero's Bat Literature Project group. Note that, for this publication, the pdf content was not included for copyright reasons. However, secure links (i.e. md5 content hashes) to these PDFs are embedded in the archives. The result is a version corpus of batlit metadata, and their origins, packaged in tar.gz and zip archives. BatLit Literature Record Index Literature records can be extracted from this corpus in various ways. As an example, we show a reference list of a recent version of the BatLit Corpus, both of which are provided in included batlit metadata archives (i.e., data.zip, data.tar.gz). For ease of processing, we’ve included a sample of 3 records in the table below, as well as files in tsv/csv formats include 100 records and all records. filenames description data.zip / .tar.gz batlit metadata archive refs-100.tsv / .csv author/date/title/journal of first 100 records refs.tsv / .csv author/date/title/journal of all records data-on-zenodo.zip / .tar.gz archive of associations of batlit metadata to Zenodo record ids refs-on-zenodo-100.tsv / .csv author/date/title/journal/zenodo doi of first 100 records refs-on-zenodo.tsv / .csv author/date/title/journal/zenodo doi of first 100 records First 3 records shown below as an example, and was generated by running: cat refs.csv\ | head -4\ | mlr --icsv --oxtab cat Note that id points to the records as seen on Zotero, attachment points to the attachment records as seen on Zotero, attachmentId is the signature/hash of the associated pdf, corpusId is the signature/hash of the applicable BatLit version (see version table below). authors Jonesdate 07/1972title Comparative ecology of three pteropid bats in Rio Muni, West Africajournal Journal of Zoologytype journalArticlevolume 167issue 3pages 353-370doi 10.1111/j.1469-7998.1972.tb03118.xid https://www.zotero.org/groups/bat_literature_project/items/SPESDC4Nattachment https://api.zotero.org/groups/5435545/items/2243VAGUattachmentId hash://md5/ca80010ec55ec5ff7073697e9c696063corpusId hash://md5/1cda41b660daf15c156f1e4cabf8c6f5 authors Otto | Rall | Brosedate 12/2007title Allometric degree distributions facilitate food-web stabilityjournal Naturetype journalArticlevolume 450issue 7173pages 1226-1229doi 10.1038/nature06359id https://www.zotero.org/groups/bat_literature_project/items/6RAB386Yattachment https://api.zotero.org/groups/5435545/items/225DJR2QattachmentId hash://md5/6bdc818006c01cac3dd90eec4b337289corpusId hash://md5/1cda41b660daf15c156f1e4cabf8c6f5 authors Horáček | Maul | Smith | Barkai | Gopherdate 2013title Bat remains (Mammalia, Chiroptera) from the Middle Pleistocene site of Qesem Cave, Israel, with the first Pleistocene record of fruit bats in the Mediterranean regionjournal Palaeontologia Electronicatype journalArticlevolume issue pages doi 10.26879/380id https://www.zotero.org/groups/bat_literature_project/items/U7ZDRXSPattachment https://api.zotero.org/groups/5435545/items/225PBHZAattachmentId hash://md5/6b90b5beb4a8f39a49b39a55b0467d4fcorpusId hash://md5/1cda41b660daf15c156f1e4cabf8c6f5 BatLit Literature Record Index on Zenodo Most BatLlit records are dissemated through Zenodo. The files ending with "on_zenodo" contains associations of batlit records with their deposits on Zenodo. See, for instance, the first record in refs-on-zenodo.csv as listed below in XTAB format along with the the bash script that produced it. Note that the alternativeDoi and alternativeDoiUrl point to a Zenodo deposit of Otto 2007 at doi:10.5281/zenodo.13409129 (as seen on Zenodo on 2025-02-07). cat refs-on-zenodo.csv\ | head -2\ | mlr --icsv --oxtab cat authors Otto | Rall | Brosedate 12/2007title Allometric degree distributions facilitate food-web stabilityjournal Naturetype journalArticlevolume 450issue 7173pages 1226-1229doi 10.1038/nature06359id https://www.zotero.org/groups/bat_literature_project/items/6RAB386Yattachment https://api.zotero.org/groups/5435545/items/225DJR2QattachmentId hash://md5/6bdc818006c01cac3dd90eec4b337289corpusId hash://md5/1cda41b660daf15c156f1e4cabf8c6f5alternativeDoi 10.5281/zenodo.13409129alternativeDoiUrl https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.13409129zenodoResponseCorpusId hash://md5/227956d1913ee55e460af32b7a18de13 Version History name version date size # pages # references # attachments fingerprint Bat Literature Corpus v0.1 2024-04-26 7.9 GiB 2929 5055 hash://sha256/6ba…189 Bat Literature Corpus v0.2 2024-05-16/2024-05-17 11.6 GiB 3310 5471 hash://md5/be6…1d7 Bat Literature Corpus v0.3 2024-06-25/2024-06-26 13.6 GiB 5501 7229 hash://md5/350…77d Bat Literature Corpus v0.4 2024-08-01/2024-08-02 50.9 GiB 20146 29860 hash://md5/b39…72a Bat Literature Corpus v0.5 2024-08-16/2024-08-17 50.9 GiB 20145 29850 hash://md5/26f…b20 Bat Literature Corpus v0.6 2024-09-19/2024-09-20 44.7GiB 427105 19038 22590 hash://md5/db7…97b Bat Literature Corpus v0.7 2024-12-05/2024-12-06 45.2GiB 431870 19268 22930 hash://md5/ce1…1a3 Bat Literature Corpus v0.8 2025-10-02 45.5GiB 432925 19252 22947 hash://md5/330…ce0 Bat Literature Corpus v0.9 2025-12-19/2025-12-20 TBD TBD TBD TBD hash://md5/1cd…6f5 For more information contact Aja Sherman (aja.sherman22@gmail.com), Cullen Geiselman (cullen@werinterests.com), or Jorrit Poelen (jhpoelen@jhpoelen.nl).
