资源简介:
This study selected a petroleum site soil in Songyuan City, Jilin Province, as the experimental subject. Informed by previous research, dodecane (C12H26) and naphthalene (C10H8) were selected as representative compounds for linear alkanes and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), respectively, for experimentation. Controlled soil column experiments containing earthworms were conducted under three simulated rainfall intensity scenarios (corresponding to the 25th, 50th, and 90th percentile rainfall probabilities for the site) to address the identified research gaps. The objectives of this study are: (1) to investigate the vertical migration patterns and dynamic changes in the bioavailability of representative petroleum contaminants (dodecane/naphthalene); (2) to analyze the relationship between earthworm contaminant accumulation and rainfall, and to examine how their combined effects induce changes in earthworm oxidative stress and tissue damage; and (3) to elucidate how the interaction between rainfall and petroleum contaminants influences the assembly of earthworm gut microbiota and the resultant potential metabolic-level toxicity to earthworms.
