资源简介:
In this study, we investigated the fungal community through the sequencing of ITS amplicons at key stages of limb regeneration (0-1-4-7-30-60 days post-amputation, dpa). Briefly, we conducted a longitudinal study, monitoring amputated axolotls for a duration of 60 days. A total of n=21 samples were systematically collected, encompassing 18 limb tissue samples derived from n=54 adult axolotls and 9 individual aquarium samples with replicates.
