This SuperSeries is composed of the SubSeries listed below. ZBTB43 in vitro affinity-sequencing was done with purified MBP-ZBTB43 full length protein using fully unmethylated DNA and fully methylated DNA. ZBTB43 in vivo binding was detected by ChIP-seq using FACS-purified fetal mouse male germ cells at 15.5 dpc. DNA methylation was mapped in Zbtb43-/- and wild type spermatozoa from adult male mice using MIRA-seq.
