Genome based analysis of systematics and functional genomics of novel siderophore-producing bacteria

The sequences were from pure culture isolated from a an intertidal sediment sample by using the dilution plating technique on marine agar 2216 (MA; Difco) supplemented with 10 % (w/v) NaCl and cultivated at 30 degrees C for 2 weeks; The sediment sample was collected from Naozhou Island (20 degrees 55' to 20 degrees 56'N, 110 degrees 23' to 110 degrees 38'E) in the South China Sea, China, in 2016-08-18.
