Whole genome sequencing of a TRIM29 gene knockout pig

This study presents whole-genome resequencing analysis of a genetically modified Large White pig model with global TRIM29 knockout. Genomic DNA was isolated from the ear skin tissue samples and subjected to WGS using the BGISEQ platform.
