Wf(E,cf,saturation,x,t) female fitness as a function of fecundity E, mating costs cf, the sperm 'saturation' parameter, number of matings x, and sperm load t. We use a cumulative negative exponential function, which can be interpreted biologically such that stored sperm passes at a
constant rate through a fertilisation duct at the time of fertilisation, and eggs are fertilised at a constant rate as long as stored sperm pass through the duct.
