Description: This dataset contains the processed genomic and transcriptomic data generated in the study "Disrupted epigenetic regulation in human senile lentigines revealed by characterizing gene expression and DNA methylation alterations" (Clinical Epigenetics, under review).
Sample Information: Data were obtained from five individuals with senile lentigines (SL). For each subject, both senile lentigines (labeled "A") and adjacent non-lesional skin (labeled "B") were collected (Total n=10 samples).
