14 samples from C1 and C2 colonized mice were sequenced for the V5-V6 region of 16S rRNA genes. 56 samples from C3, C4, C5, C6, OligoMM12, KB1+YL58, YL44+YL58 and YL44+KB1+YL58 colonized mice and 91 samples from young OligoMM12 colonized mice were sequenced for V4 region of 16S rRNA genes.
