This repository contains the MATLAB scripts, numerical simulation files, and figures used for the analysis presented in the manuscript titled “Mathematical Modeling of Malaria and Typhoid Co-infection: Exploring Vector and Non-Vector Transmission Dynamics.” The code includes parameter definitions, system ODE implementations, seasonal forcing, sensitivity analysis, and intervention simulations corresponding to Figures in the manuscript. These files allow full reproduction of the numerical results, co-infection dynamics, and intervention scenario outcomes reported in the study. Users may run the main simulation file `MTMODEL_LS.m` to reproduce baseline and co-infection dynamics.
